Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items must be in the original retail packaging, in new condition, unused and, if applicable, in the original sealed internal packaging, and have all documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.  After 30 days, we are unable to accept products for return.  For all returns, you are responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs (excluding defective or erroneously shipped items).  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


Products used in the Bathroom, products used next to the skin are non returnable.

Before returning any product(s), you must first obtain a Return Authorization number; no returns will be accepted without an RA number. When calling to obtain an RA, make sure you have the following information handy:  customer name, order number and reason for return. The RA number should be clearly written on the return address label only.  Do not write on the shipping box.  Packages received without an RA number will be refused and sent back to you.  RA numbers are valid for 10 days from issue.  Items must be returned within 10 days of issues of the return request.

Defective and Erroneously Shipped Items

If you need to return a product that is defective or that was shipped in error, we apologize for your inconvenience.  Please contact us within ten (10 ) days of the purchase or an RA number and we will reimburse you for both the original and return shipping costs.  At your request, Zoomie Mobility Products will arrange for the defective product(s) to be picked up from your location for return or provide a prepaid return s;hipping label at our cost.

Exclusions and Exceptions (Items that cannot be returned)

Special orders, sterile items (e.g. bandages, dressings), products that are made unsalable once opened (creams, lotions, washes, diapers, toilet appliances, items used next to the skin) are not returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound/kilogram.
